How do I bring a business or contractor to court?

Small Claims Court is a way to get legal judgment in civil disputes where the claim for damages is valued at $25,000.00 or less.  Refer to the booklet, “Bermuda Small Claims Procedure at Magistrates’ Court” for information pertaining to how to issue a claim against a business or contractor.
